leaving- Small company, the owner and my boss’s wife became ill so he
focused his attentions where they needed to be, work became short and he cut
us all severance checks and let us go. Starting
Position-Green Hand/ Tech 1 PR/12h Responsibilities-
learning the tricks of the trade starting on the ground, from building ice

leaving- Looking for a more stable organization with a solid track record of
success. My checks began to come wrong missing numerous hours and my
overtime pay, promised that it would go onto the next check then again it
never came, and he even missed paying me a check, so I just cut my loses and
moved on. • WESTOWER
COMMUNICATIONS JUNE 2014 Starting
position- Foreman/23h Responsibilities-
Everything listed above the only reason I left this company, is mastec bought
them out and work ceased every one left really I loved the company their
structure and how they handled safety my checks were never missed or messed
up and the pm’s and cm’s were very knowledgable. But at the end of the day I
have a family to feed . • MTSI OCTOBER 2014/
CURRENT Starting
position- Foreman/23h I Started this
company knowing its reputation but was insured that many things had changed
regarding safety, they were one of the only companies at the time that I
could find close to home that were providing work, and I can stand to say
that it is one of the most unorganized and unsafe places that I have ever
worked for, no jha’s, no anything really, I tried running things effectively
and safely but the hands there are set in there ways always taking
unnecessary risks that would only take a few extra min to avoid. And simply I
don’t want to be involved when someone gets hurt drastically. To whom it may
concern: Truth is that
I can go on and on about what I know how to do and if you’re a true pm or cm
you’re not going to buy it until your proven because it’s something that you
have heard a 100 times over, I am tired of jumping from company to company I
want a place that I can call home and that I can respect enough that when its
rough and in a slow period I want to stick through. By slow I
mean at least (35-40) a week so I am able to survive. As a possible
future employee the only thing that I ask is the chance to show you that I am
capable of what I claim. I have no problems traveling or working hard my moto
that I have come to learn in this industry is I don’t have problems I find
solutions. PERSONAL
